This gorgeous blue is beautifully balanced with the Agglotech Architectural Terrazzo in Bianco Carrara. This resin-free terrazzo is made in Italy, where terrazzo in its modern form was first conceived in Venice some 500 years ago. It is a combination of all-natural recomposed stone elements, namely marble aggregate, Portland cement, and water, using traditional methods reinvented to take advantage of modern technology.
The light honey timber floors also provide contrast and warmth, nicely echoed in the timber light fitting above the island, creating strong horizontal lines.
