We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express (Amex). All payments must be made in Australian dollars (AUD). Surcharges apply depending on card type and will be shown before you confirm payment. BPAY and EFT are not available via this portal.
If your payment is declined, check your card details, daily transaction limit, and available funds. Some banks cap daily card transactions at $5,000–$20,000. Contact your bank to raise your limit or try again. If problems persist, contact Nouvelle or use the Billpower live chat assistant.
Occasionally, payments show as debited before settlement clears. If your payment is not applied within two business days, retain your transaction ID and receipt, then contact Nouvelle with those details. We will confirm the payment with Billpower and your bank to ensure funds are correctly allocated.
Yes. All Nouvelle invoices are GST-inclusive. The GST component is clearly displayed on your invoice and also shown in your payment confirmation receipt. This ensures you have the correct documentation for personal records or for taxation purposes if the renovation is related to an investment property.
No. The Billpower payment system processes only one card per transaction. If you need to pay using two cards, you must arrange separate invoices in advance. Contact Nouvelle to discuss options before attempting payment so we can provide a practical and compliant payment arrangement.
No. Instalments or EMI options are not available through this portal. Payments must be made in full against the issued invoice. If staged progress payments are part of your renovation contract, you will receive separate invoices at each stage to manage larger projects step-by-step.
Yes. Billpower uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption, the same system trusted by major banks and e-commerce providers. SSL ensures all data is encrypted end-to-end, making it nearly impossible to intercept card details. This compliance with industry standards protects your security throughout the payment process.
Once your payment is processed, you will receive an on-screen confirmation and an email receipt. Retain this for your records. Payments usually appear on your bank statement immediately. If confirmation is not received within 24 hours, contact Nouvelle with your transaction details to verify allocation.
Payments to Nouvelle are for contracted renovation services. Whether this is deductible depends on your circumstances, such as if the renovation is for an investment property. GST is always included. For clarification on deductibility, please consult your accountant or qualified tax advisor before claiming any expenses.
Payments will appear under Designer Kitchens Australia Pty Ltd, Nouvelle’s registered business name. This is the correct entity linked to our ABN: 84 086 306 005. Always confirm this name on your bank or credit card statement when reconciling transactions after paying through the Billpower system.
