In NSW, the law is now very clear on who can provide renovation services in apartments. All tradespeople that provide work must have the correct licence, unlicenced tradespeople are not allowed on site at all.

This is also the regulation for maintenance and repairs, all tradespeople must be properly insured, licenced to conduct work in their field of expertise.
