The owners of this villa were looking for a renovation company with professional service, quality product and reliability, that could handle all aspects of the proposed renovation, and had effective Project Management. They were also after an efficient design that would eliminate existing design flaws, and give the space a much-needed refresh.
Our Team was up to the task and delivered on all fronts.
The compact space was reorganised to include a Le Mans corner unit, making it much easier to access items in a difficult corner cabinet. The pantry has ample inner-drawers to ensure ease of access from any level. A conventional oven and a combi-oven were selected to give the owners extra oven capacity, without the need to also find a home for the microwave. Having them placed in a tall cabinet also means it is an optimal solution ergonomically.
The design also allows for seating at the breakfast bar, and was designed to allow for smooth traffic flow.
Using the stone, as opposed to tiles, on the window sill, is a great option to ensure an easy-to-clean area for decor items and plants.
The colour scheme was kept light and bright to create a fresh and soothing setting, that combines well with existing furniture and fittings.
