Opt for rose petals that are pesticide free. Purchase them from the Organic market or from a herbalist. You may be lucky enough to get powdered rose petals from your herbalist, if not, powder them using a pestle and mortar.
Rose Petal Facial Scrub
Ingredients:
6 tablespoons ground almonds
6 tablespoons oatmeal
6 tablespoons powdered milk
2 tablespoons powdered rose petals
Method:
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Store in a bottle with a tight seal.
3. To use the scrub, mix a couple of tablespoons with some almond oil to create a soft paste.
4. Apply to damp skin, gently rubbing in a circular motion.
5. Gently rinse… and enjoy beautifully clean, soft skin!
