A big challenge with apartment renovations is ensuring that your neighbours are subjected to as little disruption and disturbance as possible. The key to doing this successfully is in the planning, and ongoing communication of that plan with stakeholders.

Things that are essential in our communications are:

Noise

We need to understand the impact the renovation will have on the flooring and acoustics, communicate our schedule to affected apartment owners, and negotiate timing as necessary.

Utilities

Planning for any utility disconnections like plumbing and electricity and time them so the least amount of people are affected for the shortest amount of time.

Building Managers

Are key people for us to have ongoing communication with to ensure that everything is running to their expectations, that all stakeholders are happy with how the project is progressing, and any changes that we may need to make.

Supervision

We provide daily onsite supervision with our team.

We have a unique computerised system that helps us to plan and execute your apartment or unit renovations seamlessly. Our systemic approach to our work ensures that you, as the client, wins with time, accurate schedules, and on-budget execution.
