Description
This expansive heritage home in Sans Souci was transformed in collaboration with architectural designer Homero Resende. The project respected the home’s historical details while reimagining each space for modern living.
The kitchen anchors the home with shaker-style cabinetry, a butler’s pantry, and natural stone benchtops. Bathrooms were upgraded with marble-topped vanities, a freestanding bath, and walk-in showers.
A customised laundry with integrated cabinetry and patterned tiled flooring improved day-to-day function, while bedrooms were enhanced with full-height wardrobes, decorative ceilings, and bespoke joinery. Living areas benefited from the restoration of hidden fireplaces, installation of brush box timber flooring, and carefully curated lighting.
Across 600 m2 of internal space, the result is a masterpiece that honours the past while embracing modern comfort.
