Geoff has done it again!

Geoff Little was a winner at the 20eleven KBDi Kitchen and Bathroom Designer Awards. His achievements include:

Winner – NSW Small Kitchen Design
Finalist – NSW Medium Kitchen Design
Finalist – NSW Kitchen Designer of the Year
Finalist – Certified Designer of the Year NATIONAL

Jeremy Fisher of 1st Street Home Loans voted Broker of the Year 2011

“Client focus and product diversification epitomise the new face of broking.”

Director of 1st Street Home Loans, Jeremy Fisher, has just been awarded Finance Broker of the Year as well as the overall Broker of the Year at the inaugural Australian Broking Awards held at the Overseas Passenger Terminal.

According to the judges at the prestigious awards ceremony Jeremy “…epitomises the new face of broking”.

MC, Larry Emdur, and CBA’s executive general manager of third party and mobile banking, Kathy Cummings, presented the award to Jeremy.

Cummings remarked, “Jeremy is focused on the client rather than the transaction and the results his business has achieved speak for themselves”.

Having started 1st Street almost ten years ago, Jeremy has managed to increase his residential volumes every year and his figures place him and 1st Street amongst the best in the industry. He has diversified his business model to provide a more encompassing service, as well as generating additional revenue streams, by offering non-mortgage products.

For Jeremy, winning the award was a humbling experience and one that he did not expect.

“I was pleasantly surprised to hear my name called. I place a high value on each and every interaction I have with clients and it is always good to receive confirmation that you’re on the right track”.

The Nouvelle Team has secured another award! This time at the The Hills Building and Design Awards, an annual design competition that showcases the pinnacle of achievement in building and design in The Hills Shire.

Both Geoff Little and Brian Patterson were finalists in Category 4D: Residential Building – Residential Kitchens Renovation.

And Brian Patterson’s design went on to win the category.

The purpose of the awards is to promote excellence in building and design.

Exciting news!

Geoff Little has added to his long list of awards by winning the coveted KBDi Large Kitchens NSW Design Award at the KBDi Kitchen and Bathroom Designer Awards held in August of this year.

The judges comments on Geoff’s design:

“This clever design transformed a maze of smaller rooms into one large, contemporary, open space which includes kitchen, laundry and dining areas. The new kitchen enjoys a perfect relationship with the surrounding bush without losing the sophistication of the European styling desired by the client.”
