The First Step: The Nouvelle Experience

Upon walking into one of the beautifully equipped Nouvelle Showrooms, you are greeted by one of our friendly and knowledgeable consultants.

They will be delighted to spend time with you to chat about your kitchen or bathroom hopes and aspirations. Consider them a guide who will point you in the best direction for achieving your dream.

You’ll also discover that the Nouvelle Showroom has a state of the art full-size sample selection centre. You have the opportunity to marry finishes together and see what the finished product looks like. This allows you to get a better idea of what finishes would look best in your kitchen or bathroom. You may discover more pleasing colours and designs that you have never previously considered.

The Second Step: Discovering the Wow! Factor

At a time convenient to you, a Nouvelle Designer will visit your home. Their purpose is to get a more in-depth understanding of your kitchen or bathroom renovation needs, how your home works, and your family’s input. This attention to detail is a vital step in designing the right Kitchen, Bathroom or Joinery piece to suit you.

Considerations like the right solution for your space allocations, what design will compliment your home perfectly, and of course your desires and wish list are used to create a truly unique kitchen or bathroom design. Nouvelle’s award winning design team just seem to have the knack of tweaking your design to get the very best outcome in function, practicality, and that Wow! Factor.

Rest assured that all Nouvelle Designers are members of the KBDI (Kitchen and Bathroom Designers Institute) and Nouvelle is also a member of the HIA (Housing Industry Association). This guarantees you will receive the highest quality and industry approved renovation possible.

If you need building work completed to help create your renovation dream – then rest easy. There is no need to run around trying to coordinate another company to understand what work needs to be done. Nouvelle has a fully licensed building division to complete this work correctly and within an acceptable timeframe.

The Third Step: You Relax

You meet your Nouvelle Building Supervisor who will oversee your project right through to completion. They are a professional in project management, coordinating all deliveries, supplies and trades – making your renovation as stress-free as possible for you. They will do all of the work so you can continue with your life with as little disruption as possible. Nouvelle will even help to coordinate any outside suppliers you may be using for other areas of your home that affect your renovation.

After a final ‘check measure’ and after you approve of the fully detailed final plans of your renovation, Nouvelle takes the next steps towards creating your dream kitchen or bathroom.

You simply relax now. Nouvelle’s unique database system tracks every aspect of your project, from the very beginning to end, noting every step of your renovation. You will receive a copy of this schedule so you know exactly what to expect next.

The Fourth Step: Life Gets Easier

Your Nouvelle Project Management Team make life even easier for you…

Prior to starting your renovation Nouvelle will send in a specialist in to pack up your kitchen or bathroom. Not only will this save you time, it will help you overcome the challenges of moving heavy items and finding packing boxes and bubble wrap. Even challenges like moving your refrigerator to another area of your home so you can access it during your renovation are considered. Nouvelle will take care of this for you – all you have to do is find the right spot for its temporary home.

No doubt you have large furniture pieces, artwork or fittings that you love that cannot be moved. Nouvelle promises to take the utmost care of your home and possessions. Clean drop sheets are used to protect your furniture and fittings ensuring their safety throughout your renovation.

If your kitchen utensils are all now packed up it may be challenging to put together a meal at home tonight.  Remember, this step is about life getting easier… please enjoy a meal out at a local restaurant this evening – complements of Nouvelle.

The Fifth Step: Magic Begins in Your Home

On the first day of work, your Nouvelle Building Supervisor ensures that all is well after the removal of items in your existing kitchen. Once the Building Supervisor is satisfied, this is when the magic begins…

Your Project Schedule is adhered to 100%. The trades involved know their jobs and what dates they are expected. Each and every tradesperson will call you the day or night before their due date to advise you of the time they will be there. And guess what? You can actually expect them to arrive at that time! In the unlikely event that there is a holdup, they will call you to advise before their due time.

All Nouvelle Trades hold white cards and all safety aspects are considered and adhered to according to the OH&S rules and regulations. This not only ensures the health and safety of the trades people, but also that of you and your family.

Your Nouvelle Building Supervisor will visit often throughout the project to oversee the work schedule, safety measures, and to seek your feedback. If, for some reason you have any concerns, you only need to voice them and your Building Supervisor will do their absolute best to make things right.

The Sixth Step: Your Journey Bears Fruit

At the completion of your renovation project your Nouvelle Building Supervisor will join you to go over your new kitchen or bathroom to ensure that you are 100% satisfied. Rest assured, Nouvelle too is very particular with what they will and will not accept. Products are expected to be of the highest quality and installed to the highest standard. Nouvelle and each and every team member understands that this type of renovation is a lifelong investment for your home.
